Culinary Dreams

Having cooking as a hobby, and sincere appreciation for good food and wine, leads me to constantly craving new food, new recipes and new wines to taste. It dawned on me in the news agent the other day that my sole and only purpose for going in there is to look for new food magazines that I can browse through, and most of the time I end up purchasing yet another "must have" food and wine magazine. The reason why I love these magazines is that I learn a lot about what style of food and wines go well together, and they are a great source for recipes.

In the food magazines they often have restaurant reviews as well- and some of them are Sydney based restaurants- whilst others are located in Melbourne and overseas. Hence I have accumulated a wish list for restaurants I would like to try out, and needless to say throughout the life of this blog the list below will continue to grow..
