One of the great things of dining out is trying out new things on the menu that you haven't tasted before, and in a lot of cases trying out ingredients that you never knew went well together!! I am neither rich or seeking to build up my wallet just to allow myself to go fine dining on a regular basis, as I think it is nice to keep these visits for special occasions (my waist line is probably happy about this decision too)!
